Rico Libre works alongside its sister venues, The Old Crown and Kanteen. We centralize customer relationship management and communications through our platform provider, Stampede (Stampede AI Ltd).

  • When you opt-in to marketing with Rico Libre, your details are stored securely within our joint Stampede CRM system under Kanteen Digbeth Ltd.

  • You may receive promotional updates, exclusive offers, news, and event details for Rico Libre, as well as updates from The Old Crown and Kanteen.

  • You can manage your preferences or unsubscribe from marketing at any time via the link at the bottom of any email or SMS sent through Stampede.

2. Bookings, Ticketing & Guest Wi-Fi

To manage reservations, venue access, and event ticketing, we work with integrated third-party systems including Stampede, Eviivo, Design My Night, and The Ticket Sellers. We use these details to process your bookings, issue tickets, provide Wi-Fi connectivity, and send essential operational updates regarding your visit.

3. Recruitment & Internal Administration

We retain applicant details (CVs and application forms) for recruitment purposes and internal record keeping across our venues.

4. Service Customisation & Analytics

We analyze guest feedback and booking trends within Stampede to continuously refine our food, drink, and event offerings at Rico Libre and across our wider group.

Security & Third-Party Service Providers

  • Stampede CRM: Customer profiles, Wi-Fi login data, and opt-in preferences are securely managed and hosted using Stampede AI Ltd, our hospitality platform provider.
